How long is a typical party?
Parties run 90 minutes to 2.5 hours depending on the package you choose, with plenty of time for art, cake, and gifts.
Is a deposit required? What's the cancellation policy?
Yes — a deposit secures your date and time. Each studio sets its own reschedule and refund policy; your studio will share the details when you book.
Can you accommodate food allergies?
Absolutely. You bring the food, so you control what's served. We'll work with you on setup to keep guests safe and comfortable.
Do I need to bring anything?
Just the cake, candles, and the birthday kid! We provide all art materials, aprons, plates and setup. You're welcome to bring decorations or pizza if you'd like.
Can siblings join the party?
Yes, siblings can be added to your guest count. Just let your studio know when booking so we have enough materials and aprons.
Do parents stay during the party?
Parents of younger kids (3–5) are welcome to stay. For older kids it's a drop-off party — though birthday parents are always welcome.
What ages are the parties for?
We host parties for ages 3–12. Each project is adapted to the age of the birthday kid and guests.
How far in advance should I book?
Most families book 4–6 weeks ahead. Prime weekend slots fill up fast, so reach out as soon as you have a date in mind.
